HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC is committed to extending the benefits of electronic connectivity across our supplier base. If you have installed EDI capability but are not yet exchanging the 850 Purchase Order, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgment, and 810 Invoice documents with HD Supply, we ask that you enable all three. To assist our vendors who have not installed an EDI solution, HD Supply has partnered with ADX – Advanced Data Exchange, a leading third-party provider of internet-based outsourced document exchange services. ADX provides connectivity to all HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC locations as well as to over 250 trading partners on their network. To learn more about the ADX service options please call 1-888-843-4200 or email them support@adx.com. Simply state that you are interested in implementing their EDI services with HD Supply – Hub “XX00593”. ADX is a fee based service provider that you will be responsible for.

We urge you to schedule EDI testing with HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC or enroll as a Trading Partner on the ADX network. This initiative is a critical component of our efforts to control the costs associated with handling paper transactions.
